NorthTracker is committed to actively working with information security by implementing and continuously improving a risk-based management system.

In our information security efforts, we safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information. We achieve this by:

  • Defining information security objectives based on the need to protect our information assets and communicating these objectives internally and to relevant stakeholders

  • Actively pursuing continuous improvement, including risk assessments and risk treatment measures, to effectively achieve our security objectives

  • Investing in information security technology and competence

  • Managing and protecting personal data in accordance with GDPR

  • Continuously informing employees about the importance of information security

  • Ensuring all personnel receive relevant training and awareness regarding information security and emerging threats

  • Immediate and transparent communication to resellers in the event of bugs or system outages

  • System uptime targets

  • Reduction of incorrect device registrations

  • Continuous monthly reduction of software bugs
